Model CT4068 features 10x/100x attenuation settings, 35 MHz bandwidth and ±800 V maximum differential - all in a compact, safety yellow housing. Compatible with oscilloscopes from all major manufacturers, the probe is ideal where high sensitivity and dynamic range is needed. Differential probes allow for safe, accurate measurements between two voltage points where neither point is referenced to ground.
