The Keysight EDU34450A dual-display digital multimeter (DMM) is designed to measure a broad range of input signals, leveraging Keysight’s industry-grade benchtop DMM technology. It offers 5 1/2 digits of resolution, 0.015% basic DCV accuracy, and a measuring rate of up to 100 readings per second, making it ideal for speed-critical tests. The DMM includes Keysight’s PathWave BenchVue software, which allows for remote control and logging of up to 5,000 data points, enhancing its utility in a Smart Bench Essentials (SBE) setup. This compact, cost-effective package delivers the high performance you expect from Keysight.

The EDU34450A retains all the function keys found on traditional DMMs for easy access to frequently used measurement functions. When pressed, the function key lights up, clearly indicating the parameter being measured. Intuitive soft keys provide advanced configuration options when needed. This combination of hard and soft keys ensures a quick and easy setup, minimizing the learning curve.

With built-in gigabit LAN and USB connectivity, the EDU34450A allows you to connect to the PathWave BenchVue DMM software for advanced data logging and exporting of logged data. The software can also retrieve data saved in the non-volatile memory. For those who prefer to write their own programs, software drivers and SCPI commands are available to control the DMM and automate tests.

The DMM features a 7-inch, dual-measurement color display, enabling you to view your measurement setup, instrument status, readings, and statistics simultaneously without switching screens. The secondary display allows you to view both primary and secondary components of your input signal at the same time, providing a better understanding of your device under test.

Additionally, the EDU34450A includes a built-in USB memory port, allowing you to store your DMM setup on a USB flash drive. This feature facilitates the installation of the same setup across all DMMs in your lab, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
