The Keysight 11713D/E attenuator/switch drivers offer control capabilities from a distance or directly from the front panel for programmable attenuators and both electromechanical and solid-state switches. They are engineered with the needs of both benchtop and ATE environments in mind, offering an intuitive user interface, a range of switching options, software programmability, and features for remote control, all aimed at facilitating swift and straightforward design validation and automated testing.

The setup of functions like voltage, TTL functions, continuous or pulse-drive, IP address, and more is simplified through front panel pushbuttons and a clear LCD display. As an LXI Class C compliant instrument, the 11713D/E can be conveniently controlled and triggered remotely via a comprehensive graphical web interface, a feature that proves particularly useful in high-volume production settings. Software instrument drivers, including IVI-COM, ensure programming compatibility with widely used application development environments and adherence to PC industry standards like the Component Object Model (COM). The standard GPIB connectivity facilitates automated programmed scripting and guarantees backward compatibility with the Keysight 11713B/C drivers for attenuators and switches.

*NOTE: The number of switches and attenuators that can be driven will depend on the type of switch configurations and the attenuator sections. The 11713E capable of driving twice as many devices as the 11713D; however, the total load current that can be consumed is still 3.4A/p>
