Touch the metallic test surface, green LED "test good" will light if the operator-to-ground resistance is between 750k ohms and 10 megohms. Mounts to any smooth surfaces with hook & loop fastener or snap stud snaps directly to your table mat. Operates on 120V AC adapter that grounds tester to earth ground through the common point ground.
