EWD Solutions has been acquired by TestEquity

Two distributors join to offer a complete test and measurement and eMRO tools and supplies portfolio.

Electro-Wise Dallas, Inc. d.b.a. EWD Solutions is pleased to announce that effective June 1, 2014 we were acquired by TestEquity LLC, headquartered in Moorpark, CA. Our new name will be EWD Solutions a division of TestEquity LLC. All of your contacts and addresses for EWD will remain the same.

This acquisition adds a full range of additional products including solder stations and solder, hand tools, work benches, task lighting, microscopes, shelving, ESD control products, chemicals and cleaning supplies in addition to TestEquity’s broad portfolio of electronic test equipment and environmental chambers.
