Digilent's ZedBoard is a low-cost development board designed for the Xilinx Zynq-7000 All Programmable SoC (AP SoC). It is equipped with everything necessary to create a design based on Linux, Android, Windows, or other OS/RTOS. The board features several expansion connectors that expose the processing system and programmable logic I/Os, providing easy user access.
The Zynq-7000 AP SoC combines a dual Corex-A9 Processing System (PS) with 85,000 Series-7 Programmable Logic (PL) cells. The ZedBoard, with its robust mix of on-board peripherals and expansion capabilities, serves as an ideal platform for both novice and experienced designers.
