Our 3Mâ„¢ Hookitâ„¢ Blue Abrasive Disc 321U delivers best-in-class performance at every stage of paint prep and coatings removal. Premium aluminum oxide mineral abrasive is blended with ceramic grain for a full range of sanding applications. Our multi-hole discs feature a specially-designed pattern that reduces loading, extends disc life and aligns with most backup pads. Hookitâ„¢ attachment makes disc changes easy.

Best-in-Class Performance in Every Grade
Part of our full line of 3Mâ„¢ Blue Abrasives, the 3Mâ„¢ Hookitâ„¢ Blue Abrasive Disc is engineered for best-in-class cut, life and efficiency across your entire shop. The disc features a tough ceramic blended with premium aluminum oxide mineral for just the right balance. 3Mâ„¢ Blue Abrasives deliver consistently excellent results in a minimum amount of time, on jobs ranging from aggressive paint removal and fresh filler sanding to blend preparation and sanding primer. Discs are available in a wide range of sizes and grades.

Dust Extraction and Anti-Loading Features Enhance Performance and Life
The multi-hole pattern discs are specially designed to capture dust and keep it away from the abrasive surface. This specially-designed hole pattern reduces loading and extracts dust more efficiently compared to standard 6- or 7-hole disc configurations. It includes alignment guides across the disc, making it fast and easy to align with nearly any backup pad. The mineral blend on the 3Mâ„¢ Hookitâ„¢ Blue Abrasive Disc is bonded using upgraded resins for enhanced durability. An anti-loading coating helps keep dust from gathering between the abrasive grains for a faster cut and for consistent performance throughout the life of the disc.

Our Hookitâ„¢ Attachment System
The Hookit™ attachment system has a hook-and-loop feature which makes disc attachment, removal, and re-attachment clean and easy. It also facilitates use and re-use of the disc for maximum product life. Hookit™ discs have a brushed nylon loop backing of the type most commonly used in everyday hook-and-loop applications. 3M™ Hookit™ disc pads (sold separately) feature hooks which grip the brushed nylon loop backing. It’s simple: just attach the disc and start sanding. The disc removes just as cleanly and easily. The Hookit™ system is designed for work spaces and applications where adhesive backed discs may become contaminated by dust, dirt, or debris.
