The PCE-322ALEQ is a handheld, portable, professional Class II sound level meter or decibel (dB) meter with built-in data-logging or data-recording functionality. Thus, PCE-332A is ideal for real-time noise measurement as well as for long-term noise exposure monitoring over time. A mini tripod is included in the delivery contents, as is a wind noise suppressor. The recorded decibel readings help users determine if and what protective measures need to be taken to ensure overall health, safety, and productivity in industrial, commercial, occupational, educational, and residential environments. The decibel meter can also be used to evaluate acoustics for audio installations.

The decibel meter can be connected to a PC via the USB port. This allows the recorded decibel readings to be transferred to a PC for detailed analysis using Microsoft Excel or the included downloadable proprietary software. The decibel meter also features a millivolt analog output for connecting to a frequency analyzer or X-Y shaft recorder.

The environmental meter PCE-322ALEQ is particularly suitable for measuring noise in the field of industrial, health, safety, and environmental monitoring. The PCE-322ALEQ environmental meter has a logger function, which allows storage of up to 32700 readings. This makes it ideal for long-term monitoring. The environmental meter PCE-322A can be connected to the PC with a USB cable.

A live measurement is also possible with the environmental meter and the data can be viewed directly and can be evaluated. The software provides data representation in graphic formats and tables. This data can be transferred, for example, to MS Excel. The environmental meter has an analog output and offers further features that are unique in its class.
