MSO2104X Overview
The Uni-T MSO2104X Mixed Signal Oscilloscope (MSO) is a versatile, multi-function instrument designed to be the economical centerpiece of your test bench. It integrates nine instruments into one space-saving unit, making it adaptable to your evolving needs. Out of the box, it functions as a 100MHz, 4-channel oscilloscope, a spectrum analyzer, a 4-digit voltmeter, a 7-digit frequency counter, and a serial bus protocol analyzer (supporting RS232/RS422/RS485/UART, I2C, and SPI). The new 12-bit Enhanced Resolution (ERES) ensures exceptional signal clarity.
The spectrum analyzer feature of the oscilloscope offers up to 4Mpts of enhanced FFT with a frequency range of 0Hz to 1.25GHz, featuring a waterfall curve, four traces, and four detection types. The digital voltmeter provides 4-digit precision, measuring DC/ACRMS/AC+DCRMS, and includes a limit alarm for threshold alerts.
For expanded functionality, add the Uni-T UT-M15 logic probes for 16 channels of digital logic analysis, with logic software already included. Unlock the built-in dual-channel, 50MHz arbitrary function generator with the MSO2000X-AWG option, transforming your MSO2000X into a Bode Plot analyzer with the MSO2000X-BODE option. Extend its capabilities further with the MSO2000X-PWR option to perform Power Quality, Harmonic Analysis, Ripple Wave Analysis, Loop Analysis, and Safety Operation Area assessments.
For enhanced bus triggering and decoding, additional options like CAN, CAN-FD, FlexRay, SENT, and others can be added individually or through Decode Bundles. The new Autoset function, utilizing a fast fuzzy algorithm with multi-channel parallel processing, quickly and accurately detects signal amplitudes and frequencies, opening all channels in under 1.5 seconds and a single channel in less than 1 second.
The oscilloscope utilizes a 100 Mpts memory depth, allowing for the capture and analysis of tens of thousands of waveforms in a single capture. Customizable search conditions and advanced analysis functions enhance efficiency and focus in design and troubleshooting. It supports control via SCPI standard protocols, Python, and Labview, and features a built-in web server for remote, cross-platform operation.
The user-friendly interface of the MSO2104X includes a 10.1-inch multi-touch screen and traditional button-and-knob operation options, ensuring a seamless and interactive experience. Bandwidth upgrades to 200MHz or 300MHz are easily and affordably available. Connectivity options include USB 3.0 Host x 3, USB 3.0 Device, LAN, AUX Out, Generator Out x 2, 10MHz Reference Input, 10MHz Reference Output, and HDMI. The device is certified with cETLus, CE, ROHS, and UKCA.
