The Keysight 11713E, which complies with LXI standards, is an attenuator/switch driver that allows for either remote or front-panel control of 4 programmable attenuators and 4 SPDT switches. It also has the capability to independently manage up to 20 switches. This versatile, standalone driver is designed for both benchtop and ATE environments, offering an intuitive user interface, a range of switching options, software programmability, and remote control features for efficient design validation and automated testing.

The device comes with an integrated power supply, removing the need for an external power source. Each unit of the Keysight 11713E is available with 14 optional plug-in drive cables, enabling direct connection to Keysight programmable attenuators and switches.

The setup of functions such as voltage, TTL functions, continuous drive, pulse drive, IP address, etc., is simplified by front panel pushbuttons and a clear LCD display. The device offers robust software programming and connectivity options via GPIB, USB, or LAN, along with software instrument drivers, ensuring both instrument and programming compatibility.

*The number of switches and attenuators that can be driven will depend on the type of switch configurations and the attenuator sections. The 11713E capable of driving twice as many devices as the 11713D; however, the total load current that can be consumed is still 3.4A.
