FLUKE-754/750SW BU Package: Fluke-754 DPC And 750 Software

754 DPC Features and Specification

  • Generate precision electrical, temperature, or pressure signals for analog stimulus or sensor simulation
  • Simultaneously measure electrical, temperature, or pressure signals from transmitter output
  • Determine type, manufacturer, model, tag ID by interrogating HART devices
  • Read HART PV function and smart transmitter digital output while measuring analog mA output
  • Read and write Highway Addressable Remote Transducer protocol (HART) configuration functions to make field adjustments to PV range points, damping, and other top-level configuration settings
  • Change sensor configuration on supported temperature transmitters
  • Re-label smart transmitters by reading and writing HART tag and message fields
  • Clone additional transmitters by reading and storing basic HART configurations
  • Perform automated HART sensor trim and output trim for selected devices in conjunction with As Found/As Left tests
  • Perform loop test with simultaneous analog and digital mA readout
  • Address new, fast, pulsed-excitation smart trans-mitters and PLCs
  • Control Hart Scientific Dry Block Calibrator

The FLUKE-754 Documenting Process Calibrator ( DPC) is a power multifunction documenting calibrator that lets you download procedures, lists, and instructions created with software-or upload data for printing, archiving, and analysis. The 754 also features a powerful built in HART interface capable of performing nearly all the day-to-day tasks you now perform with a separate communicator.

The 754 does the work of several tools: sourcing, simulating and measuring pressure, temperature, and electrical signals in one rugged, hand-held device. It offers simultaneous source and measure capabilities for all common process parameters. Create and execute automated procedures and automatically capture the results results. The USB interface enables two-way communication with popular PC-based instrumentation management applications.

750SW DPC/Track2 Features and Specifications

  • Save time and assure data integrity
  • Manage test tools and control system assets
  • Create test procedures and capture results
  • Deliver fast, easy documentation
  • Compatible with a wide range of calibration tools
  • Password Protected login
  • Perform pass/fail calculations and also as-found and as-left data verification
  • User-defined test standard settings can allow specific standards to only be used for certain instrument types
  • Reverse traceability for tracking affected instruments, if needed
  • Links master records to standard operating procedures and other documents
  • Automatically send reminders, alerts, and warnings
  • Auto-recalculate high/low tolerances during actual field calibrations
  • Upload logged data captured in the field
  • Pre-structured associations for instruments to loops and/or equipment records are viewable in a hierarchical format which allows for multiple calibration test groups on a single instrument

Decrease Calibration Time

Whether you schedule 200 or 2,000+ calibrations per year, Fluke's DPCTrack2 Calibration Management Software will save you time and assure data integrity. Directly connect your Fluke 743, 744, 753, 754, or 729 calibrator to download test procedures and upload test results. Manage your process calibration tools, calibration assets, testing procedures, operational instructions, and inspection action lists to deliver fast, easy documentation.

DPCTrack2 Features and Benefits

Automation is one of the key features of DPCTrack2 calibration management software. Once the instrument is configured, future calibrations are automated with the selection of a few buttons, saving calibration technicians significant time. Another benefit of automation is the reduction of human errors.

Reporting is another key feature of DPCTrack2. Calibration test results get populated to the database on the computer. Users can easily view or print calibration results for audits or managers. And an instrument’s profile continues to grow in the database from year to year with every calibration, helping users identify an instrument’s trends such as drifting out of calibration.
