Workstation License Tracker 2800 & 2800S, Tracker 2800 S/N 28A- 01278 and higher, and Tracker 2800S S/N 28S-01194 and higher. The addition of software control enables you to develop tests, capture and compare signatures and view test results on your PC.

NOTE:Tracker 2800/S does not support a Prober.
