The Crescent Nicholson type A files with double-cut pattern are specifically designed to remove aluminum stock. Files down aluminum faster than traditional files without clogging, and the long rectangular shape has enough surface area for quick removal. For a smoother finish, use a shearing motion to the left.
The Crescent Nicholson screw-on handle design fits most of our popular files. The handle provides a contoured grip for straight, lathe, and draw filling. Features non-slip textured finish for an easier grip. It can be used for professional or home handyman filling needs.
