Fast Load Recovery
Dealing with very fast load changes—like when a smartphone switches from sleep mode to transmit? These SMUs keep up, plus High-speed data acquisition detects every detail down to 2 μs resolution.
Source and Sink
Need to simulate batteries and loads? NGU SMUs offer two- or four-quadrant architecture to provide up to 60 W of power source or power sink. The channels are floating, galvanically isolated, and protected against overload and short circuits.
Six Measurement Ranges
Measure six ranges of current with resolution up to 6 1⁄2 digits when measuring voltage, current and power. Characterize devices with extremely low power consumption as well as high currents in the ampere range with sensitivity down to the nA range.
