Capture More Signals
4.5 million waveforms per second
The dedicated ASIC delivers an update rate of 4.5 million waveforms per second to capture more of your signal, faster, so you can identify rare signal anomalies quickly.
12-bit ADC at all sample rates
The 12-bit vertical resolution of the MXO 4 series delivers 4096 quantization levels for precise vertical sampling, even at the fastest sample rates.
HD Mode with 18-bit architecture
HD mode achieves up to 18-bit vertical resolution to show waveform details that would otherwise be masked by signal noise.
Quick Triggering
Meet the industry’s most sensitive trigger: 1/10,000 div
The first-in-class digital trigger of the MXO 4 series makes short work of isolating physical layer anomalies within large signals. It rearms in under 21 ns with jitter of 1 ps, and is up to 10,000 times more sensitive than analog trigger architectures.
Adjustable digital trigger filters
Use the same filter settings for both the trigger signal and the measurement signal to suppress noise on the trigger signal while capturing and displaying the filtered or unfiltered measurement signal.
Control your trigger hysteresis
Use automated trigger hysteresis settings of your MXO 4 series, or manually enter values to determine where to trigger and how much trigger noise suppression to apply.
Deeper Standard Memory
Manage long observation periods with standard segmented memory
Segmented memory allows the MXO 4 series to capture signals separated by inactivity over a long observation period, such as laser and RF pulses or serial bus activity.
Check your work with standard history capability
With history mode as an always-on capability, you’re always ready to review your signal with your full selection of measurement and analysis tools, including the serial bus decoder, mask test and automatic measurements.
Need even more memory?
The memory extension option for the MXO 4 series turns on 800 Mpoints (interleaved 2 channels), up to 1000000 segments and up to 1000000 acquisitions.
